About
We are an association of Workers' Compensation claims managers, examiners, employers, attorneys, medical providers, business leaders, and allied service providers dedicated to providing attendees with educational lectures, data and information, networking, and expertise of various types. Attendees have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas. We identify and invite leaders in the Workers' Compensation industry to speak on the most current information and updates on pending legislative changes.
We aim to coordinate community collaboration, assist service providers, and foster a professional culture for workers' compensation in the Inland Empire. Our goal is to provide educational resources for workers’ compensation stakeholders in the Inland Empire and beyond.
Upcoming meetings will be offered quarterly (second Tuesday of March, June, September, and December). Please see our seminar schedule for upcoming dates. We believe that case law updates, legal updates, and community connections help foster successful case outcomes by utilizing professional tools often available at the Workers’ Compensation Forum of the Inland Empire.
History
1992-2025
The Workers' Compensation Forum of the Inland Empire has been the longest-running monthly Workers' Compensation education provider in California, with the mission of bringing together Workers' Compensation professionals to collaborate and offer educational seminars. Nancy Stater, who volunteered on the Board of Directors and/or at events for 33 years, retired from the Board of Directors and as President in 2025. After 33 years, the Board of Directors decided to close the non-profit organization. When the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin, a professional corporation, heard this announcement, they reached out to continue this valuable resource for the Workers' Compensation community.
2026 - Present
In 2026, the Workers' Compensation Forum of the Inland Empire will continue, administered by the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin, a professional corporation. It is with a great appreciation and respect to the former Workers’ Compensation Forum Board of Directors that, with their permission and support, the forum will continue. "We are honored to 'carry the torch' that this great organization ignited and built. We sincerely thank the Workers’ Compensation Forum of the Inland Empire for creating a community where professionals can come together for the greater good and for allowing us to continue their mission." The new administration will direct sponsorships and proceeds to local charities and continue low-cost registration fees to cover seminar costs and charitable tangible donations.
2026 QUARTERLY SEMINARS
